APPROVED: Ord 230810: Tenant Association Meetings

Ordinance 230810 was introduced on 7-11-23 by Supervisors Chan, Peskin, Preston, Ronen, and Walton

This legislation allows tenants to have a member of their tenant association present during individual meetings with their landlord. It also requires landlords to remain in attendance at meetings of the full tenant association until the end of the meeting (up to 2 hours).
