APPROVED: Ord 230501: Waterfront Plan Update

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved and signed by the Mayor on 7-28-23.

Ordinance 230501 was introduced on 7-27-21 by the Clerk of the Board.

This legislation amends the Planning Code and Zoning map for several Port Waterfront Parcels. Some areas will be updated from P (Public) use to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) as a correction to an incorrect rezoning action.
