Suspended: AB-990: Infill Housing Fees

AB-990 was introduced by Assembly Member Grayson and Co-Author Senator Wiener on 2-15-23.

This bill would provide credits from the Regional Quality Boards for infill housing development projects with a density of over 25 homes per acre.
