UPDATE: This legislation is currently under review with the Committee on Housing and Economic Development and also with the Lieutenant Governor.
AB-434 was introduced by Assembly Member Grayson on 2-5-23.
This Bill would prohibit a city or county from conducting more than 5 hearings for housing developments that comply with the general plan and zoning standards.
