AB 2746: Employee Housing Act: Agricultural Housing

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Housing/Community Development on 3-4-24..

AB-2746 was introduced by Assembly Member Villapudua on 2-15-2024.

This bill would increase the requirements for the number of employee housing beds from 36 beds up to 50 beds in order to be qualified as an agricultural land use.
