AB 2729: Residential Fees

AB-2729 was introduced by Assembly Member Patterson on 2-15-2024.

This bill would defer payments of fees/charges for the construction of public improvements or facilities related to residential development projects until the date of final inspection of date of issuance of the CFC, whichever occurs first. It eliminates the local agency's ability to impose the fees earlier.
