APPROVED: AB-225: Environmental Hazards Booklet Update

UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Governor on 10-8-23.

AB-225 was introduced by Assembly Member Grayson on 1-11-23.

This Ordinance would require the Department of Real Estate to update the booklet informing consumers about environmental hazards affecting real property to include 3 new sections on wildfires, climate change, and sea level rise.
