AB 2233: Toilet Compartments

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Business and Professions on 2-26-24. It was amended and re-referred to the Committee on 4-2-24.

AB-2233 was introduced by Assembly Member Schiavo on 2-8-2024.

This bill would require the Division of the State Architect to propose changes to building standards that lower the threshold of toilet compartments required for ambulatory accessible toilet compartments.
