AB 2205: Electricity: Fixed Charges

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Utilities and Energy on 2-26-24.

AB-1999 was introduced by Assembly Members Joe Patterson and Gallagher on 2-7-2024.

This bill would require the Public Utilities Commission to reduce the kilowatt-per-hour rate for electricity charged to ratepayers by not less than 30%.
