AB-1789 was introduced by Assembly Member Quirk-Silva on 1-4-2024.

This bill would allow the Department of Housing and Community Development to make loans/grants for affordable housing projects to be used for rehabilitation, capital reserves, and to extend housing projects that qualify as a "challenged development."
