APPROVED: AB 1485: Housing Element Enforcement

AB-1485 was introduced by Assembly Member Haney and Co-Authored by Senator Wiener on 2-17-23.

This bill would permit the department and office of the Attorney General to intervene in any legal action addressing a violation of the Housing Accountability Act, the Density Bonus Law, and the Housing Crisis Act of 2019 as well as others.
