UPDATE: This legislation is currently under review with the Committee on Judiciary and scheduled for a hearing on 1-4-24.

AB-1333 was introduced by Assembly Member Ward on 2-16-23.

This bill would prohibit a bundled sale of 2 or more parcels containing 1-4 dwelling units, in a single transaction to an institutional developer, if the project was completed on or after January 1, 2025.
