UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committees on Environmental Quality and Housing, but no action has been taken since 6-7-23.

AB-1318 was introduced by Assembly Member Rivas on 2-16-23.

This bill would increase the size of sites which are exempt from CEQA review from 4 acres to 5 for residential projects on urban infill sites.
