UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Judiciary but no action has been taken since 3-2-23.

AB-1242 was introduced by Assembly Member Wilson on 2-16-23.

This bill would limit the term of exclusive rights to list/sell properties to a period of no more than 1 year for real estate brokers.
