APPROVED: AB-1204: Contractor Restrictions

AB-1204 was introduced by Assembly Member Holden on 2-16-23.

This bill would prohibit a contractor from working on the same jobsite with 2 or more subcontractors in the same license classification unless the subcontractor employs people who are classified to perform work in that license classification.
