Updated: Jan 5

UPDATE: This legislation was re-referred to the Committee on Energy, Utilities, and Communications. It is scheduled for a hearing on January 9th.

This bill was originally proposed to increase the amount of time a tenant has to cure a violation from 3-days to 7-days in cases of termination for cause.
