Ordinance 250886: Historic Building Uses

UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 9-2-25 by the Mayor. It has been routed to the Planning Department for review.

Ordinance 250886 was introduced on 9-2-25 by the Mayor.

This ordinance would expand uses allowed in Historic Buildings citywide and eliminate Conditional Use requirements in historic buildings in some Eastern Neighborhood Areas where PDR uses, Institutional Community uses, and Arts Activities uses are removed.
