Ordinance 250779 was introduced on 7-22-25 by Mayor Lurie.

This ordinance makes administrative corrections to the requirements for sale of Below Market Rate (BMR) units. If approved, this program would be governed by the Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program Monitoring Procedures Manual in effect at the time the owner purchased the unit.
