UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 11-5-24 and was referred to the Budget and Finance Committee for review on 11-14-24. It was filed as Inactive on 1-30-25.

Ordinance 250191 was introduced on 2-25-25 by Supervisor Mandelman. The Planning Commission recommended approval on 5-15-25.

This legislation provides limited amnesty for violations issued on properties that were impacted by the fraudulent actions of Rodrigo Santos and Bernie Curran. It allows exemptions from certain Planning codes, but Building Safety Standards must be met. It provides property owners with an extended timeframe to comply with the violation notices as many of them newly purchased their properties and were unaware of the problems with the site.
