UPDATE: This ordinance was introduced on 9-10-24. It appears to have been a duplication of Ordinance 240798 which was approved. This duplicate Ordinance was filed as Inactive on 10-23-24.

Ordinance 240847 was introduced on 9-10-24 by Mayor Breed.

This ordinance would eliminate the requirement for use of a licensed design professional in preparation of permit plans for Assembly, Business, and Mercantile occupancies in which there are no alterations, occupancy changes, or work on the electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
