Allows social service and philanthropic facilities with conditional use.
Changes the requirements for abandonment of a use.
Allows re-establishment of nonconforming uses under certain circumstances.
Changes the use size limits/maximums in the Chinatown Community Business District. Exempts legacy business restaurants in the district from use size limits.
Allows lot mergers in the Polk Street Neighborhood Commercial District.
