UPDATE: This ordinance was approved on 4-16-24 and signed by the Mayor on 4-26-24.

Ordinance 231005 was introduced on 9-26-23 by Supervisor Peskin.

This legislation would extend the time commercial businesses have to make their entrances accessible. Checklists would be required on June 30, 2024, permit filings would be required on December 31, 2024, and permit approval would be required on September 29, 2025.
