UPDATE: This legislation is currently under review by the Land Use and Transportation Committee. It was "continue to called to the chair" on 6-12-23 and no action has been taken since then.
Ordinance 230372 was introduced by Supervisors Dorsey and Safai on 4-4-23.
This Ordinance goes hand in hand with Ordinance 230371 to waive impact fees for adaptive reuse projects in C zoning districts where commercial uses are converted to residential use meeting certain criteria.
