New Feature: Violation Email Updates

You may have noticed a change to our violation emails. One of our users asked us to show what had changed, not just tell them there was a change. At the bottom of each email, you will now see “what changed” with a status update. Items in green represent the new status of the violation, and items in red show strikethrough to show you what the status was before.
