Ordinance 211263 was introduced on 12-13-21 by Supervisors Mandelman, Ronen, and Preston.
Revises the Massage Establishment zoning controls including sole practitioner massage establishments. Prohibits personal service uses for 3 years at any location where a massage establishment was closed due to violations. Eliminates the conditional use exception for massage uses accessory to a dwelling unit.
