KILLED: CA Small Business Rent Relief Act

AB 1146 was introduced on 2-18-21 by Assembly Member Cervantes.

This bill would have enacted the California Small Business Rent Relief Act, which would have authorized a county to establish a local small business rent forgiveness and tax relief program. It would also have authorized the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank to provide grants to qualified counties for implementation of the program.
