UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 11-30-22.

Ordinance 220041 was introduced on 1-11-22 by Supervisor Walton.

Eliminates the Industrial Protection Zone special use district and allow social service or philanthropic facilities greater than 5,000 gross square feet. Conditional use would be required in PDR-2 zones.
