SUSPENDED: Substandard Building Criteria

AB 1858 was introduced on 2-8-22 by Assembly Member Quirk-Silva.

This bill would change the threshold for a building to be deemed “substandard” regardless of zoning designation or approved use of the building. Also, modifies the definition of a “residential rental unit.”
