AB 1174 was introduced on 2-18-21 by Assembly Member Grayson.
This bill allows certain development projects to be approved and valid indefinitely. It would also allow modifications to the original application to be approved under earlier versions of the code.
This bill is retroactively applicable to permit applications submitted prior to January 1, 2022.
