AB 2334 was introduced on 2-16-22 by Assembly Member Wicks.
This bill would modify the density bonus law. Would permit height increases for 100% affordable developments, even in very low-vehicle traffic areas. Would allow increased density in certain areas. Would prohibit imposition of any vehicle parking requirements.
