This legislation expands commercial tenant eviction protections to include any business that was legally prohibited from operating due to a state or local health order related to Covid-19. Currently, only businesses with gross receipts equal to or below $25M worldwide, and excluding tenants/subtenants in spaces zoned for approved office use.
