AB 2214 was introduced on 2-15-22 by Assembly Member Garcia.
This bill would require charter schools and private schools to notify the local planning commission of any intent to acquire a new property for a schoolsite or for an addition to a current schoolsite. Also requires the planning commission to investigate the proposal and submit a written report.
