INACTIVE: ADU: Energy Code Exemption

UPDATE: This legislation has been inactive since 1-27-22 when it was referred to the Committees on Housing and Community Development and Natural Resources.

AB 1674 was introduced on 1-20-22 by Assembly Member Voepel.

This bill would exempt new ADU buildings from sections of the California Energy Code, including the requirement for solar panels.
