UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Governor on 9-22-23.

AB-342 was introduced by Assembly Member Valencia on 1-31-23.

This Bill would require licensed architects to complete a form identifying their race and gender.

If approved, Ordinance 250966 would update the General Plan, Urban Design Element, Commerce and Industry Element, Transportation Element, and several Area Plans to implement the Family Housing Zoning

Ordinance 250941: Impact Fees

If approved, Ordinance 250941 would waive certain impact fees in the Market and Octavia Area.

Ordinance 250925: Pollution Liability Insurance

If approved, Ordinance 250925 would allow DPW to identify criteria where contractors working in the public right-of-way would need to obtain pollution liability insurance.
