AB-2748: EV Charging in Affordable Housing Projects

AB-2748 was introduced by Assembly Member Quirk-Silva on 2-20-26.

This bill would exempt affordable housing developments from installation of 2025-compliant electric vehicle charging. It would allow use of the 2022 code for any housing projects submitted between 2025 and 2045.
