AB-2477: Unlicensed Structural Pest Control

AB-2477 was introduced by Assembly Member Chen on 2-20-26.

This bill would authorize unlicensed individuals, employed by a registered structural pest control company, to apply pesticides under the direct supervision of a licensed operator or field representative. Unlicensed individuals would be required to meet certain training requirements.
