AB-2433: Affordable Homes Bonus

AB-2433 was introduced by Assembly Member Alvarez on 2-20-26.

This bill would require cities/counties to grant additional affordable homes bonuses to development projects, including waivers/reductions of development standards, when affordable housing thresholds are met.
