AB 2372: Greenhouse Gas Emissions

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources on 2-26-24.

AB-2372 was introduced by Assembly Member Bains on 2-12-2024.

This bill requires the State Air Resources Board to complete its greenhouse gas emissions evaluation and report its findings/recommendations to the State Legislature by December 31, 2030. (previously December 31, 2035)
