AB-2172: Property Tax: County Appeals Board

AB-2172 was introduced by Assembly Member Bipson on 2-18-26.

This bill, if approved, will commence between January 1, 2027, and January 1, 2034. It would authorize a county board of supervisors to alternately allow property tax assessment appeals to be heard and decided by a single-member appeals board.
