AB-2074 was introduced by Assembly member Haney on 2-18-26.

This bill notes the intent to create legislation that would support transit-oriented housing developments and downtown revitalization in major transit cities, including streamlined ministerial approval for developments. This bill would also establish a revolving loan fund to finance construction of qualifying developments.
