AB-1751: Missing Middle Townhome Act

UPDATE: Approved and Signed by the Governor on 9-29-26.

AB-1751 was introduced by Assembly member Quirk-Silva on 2-9-26.

This bill would allow townhome housing developments to utilize the ministerial approvals afforded to other types of housing projects. Parcel maps, tentative, and final maps would be waived for these projects.
