AB-1732: CEQA Exemption: Public Higher Education Land Use Plan

AB-1732 was introduced by Assembly members Alvarez and Wicks on 2-5-26.

This bill would expand CEQA exemptions for housing developments to include projects related to land use plans for public higher education housing.
