AB-1505 was introduced by Assembly Member Rodriguez on 2-17-23 and is also Co-Authored by Assembly Members Juan Carillo, Holden, Schiavo, and Wood.

This bill would appropriate $250 Million to provide financial assistance to owners of soft story multifamily properties for seismic upgrades.

Ordinance 251211: In-Lieu fees for Street Trees

Ordinance 251211 would allow development projects to pay an in-lieu fee, or install landscaping in place of required street trees.

Ordinance 251212 would modify/revoke some Conditions of Approval for current commercial uses where current zoning no longer requires Conditional Use approval.
