UPDATE: This legislation was approved by the Assembly and forwarded to the Senate, but it was filed as Inactive on 9-14-23.

AB-1505 was introduced by Assembly Member Rodriguez on 2-17-23 and is also Co-Authored by Assembly Members Juan Carillo, Holden, Schiavo, and Wood.

This bill would appropriate $250 Million to provide financial assistance to owners of soft story multifamily properties for seismic upgrades.
