Inactive: AB-1183: Housing Permit Streamlining

UPDATE: This legislation has been inactive since 3-15-23.

AB-1183 was introduced by Assembly Member Holden on 2-16-23.

This bill would require a sign be posted during construction of low-moderate income housing projects identifying:

  • The developer's contact information

  • A brief project description

  • The estimated duration of construction


Signs would remain posted until the completion of the project and would need to be posted 30 days prior to the start of work.
