SB-967: Housing Units: Acutely Low Income Households

SB-958 was introduced by Senator Blakespear; Co-authored by Senator Archuleta and Assembly Member Davies on 2-3-26.

This bill would define "housing unit" with respect to acutely low-income households to mean "a house, apartment, modular home, mobile home, trailer, group of rooms, single room that is occupied, or single room intended for occupancy as separate living quarters."
