UPDATE: This ordinance was filed on 9-2-25 by the Mayor. It is Co-Sponsored by Supervisors Dorsey, Mahmood, and Chan. It has been routed to the Budget and Finance Committee for review.

Ordinance 250890 was introduced on 9-2-25 by the Mayor.

This ordinance would temporarily eliminate property transfer taxes on certain rent-restricted affordable housing and would apply retroactively to property transactions back to April 12, 2024.
