Ordinance 250888 was introduced on 9-2-25 by the Mayor.

This ordinance would require that some Planning Department fees be paid at the time of submittal instead of at issuance.

Because many projects are entitled, but permits are never issued and projects are often not built, the Planning department receives no funds for large projects undergoing lengthy reviews.
