Mark is a Bay Area expert in high-quality As-Built drawings - the detailed floor plans and elevation drawings that show what’s actually there, not what was originally planned. He started his career as a designer, but after too many projects derailed by sloppy plans, he pivoted. Now he focuses exclusively on As-Built documentation and does it with a level of accuracy that Serina says blew her away.

Mark’s specialty? Precision. He is meticulous in capturing every dimension, producing plans that are clean, accurate, and incredibly detailed. He even includes beautiful exterior elevations (often for just a nominal additional charge), and his pricing stays competitive at around 35-40¢ per square foot.

He’s a one-man show (sometimes with a helper), which means the service is highly personalized and fast. Most of the time, he can get on site within a week, compared to the three- or four-week timelines you’ll hear from bigger firms.

Mark works across the Bay Area, from San Francisco to San Jose, and even takes on occasional projects in Los Angeles. Despite having no website, he stays busy (but not too busy!) thanks to repeat business and referrals.
