UPDATE: This legislation was approved by the Senate in May 2023 and forwarded to the Assembly. It was suspended in July 2023.

SB 597 was introduced by Senator Glazer on 2-15-23.

This bill would require the State to research and develop recommendations for building standards for installation of rainwater catchment systems in new residential dwellings.
