SB 393 was introduced by Senator Glazer on 2-9-23 and is Co-Authored by Senators Dahle, Nguyen, Niello, Seyarto, and Stern.

This bill would require plantiff's/petitioners filing suit against housing developments to disclose the identify of any person/entity contributing in excess of $5K toward the costs. It also requires that they identify anyone with a business interest related to the project who contributes more than $5,000 to the cost of the action.


And, it prohibits a proceeding being brought in court that attacks public agency acts including the EIR report or other approvals on grounds of non-compliance.
